The Bougainville thrush (Zoothera atrigena) is a species of bird in the family Turdidae, closely related to the more widespread black-backed thrush (Zoothera talaseae), and is sometimes considered a subspecies by some authorities. It is endemic to Bougainville.
Its natural habitats are temperate forests and subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
