    Spalding County is located within the Griffin Judicial Circuit of the Superior Court Sixth District.

    In addition to the Superior Court the people of Spalding County are served by a Probate Court, a Juvenile Court, a Magistrate Court, a Municipal Court and a State Court.

    The United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has jurisdiction in Spalding County. Appeals from the Northern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
