Campaign website[edit]

Henry's campaign website stated the following:

Financial Stability

  • Stabilize and reduce federal agency budgets
  • Cease funding for ineffective programs and excess subsidies
  • Prevent and prosecute government fraud, waste, and abuse at all levels
  • Grow and promote U.S. businesses
  • Reduce administrative needs for permits and licensing and adjust for many career fields
  • Liquidate government owned unused real property

Defense and Veterans Care

  • Strong National Defense for our protection and emergencies
  • Reduce and eventually end foreign conflict and costly overseas contingency operations
  • Submit legislation for my E-Vet Prompt Care Plan to expand existing VA community healthcare access for veterans, and better integrate records, billing, and coding for community healthcare to accept VA patients promptly for emergencies and other issues related to service connected disabilities

Full Medical Freedom

  • Define and resolve Personal Sovereignty
  • Regain 100% of individual medical and personal decisions
  • More over the counter birth control available to prevent pregnancies, age-appropriate education, encourage strengthening of family units, and parental responsibility
  • Demand independent review of the vaccine approval process and analytical research data
  • End federal cannabis prohibition, resolve all past records, and rescind federal code

Afghan citizens were left unarmed and defenseless after U.S. and Coalition Forces took all the semiautomatic and small arms weapons from the citizens. We must protect our right to access firearms, with no compromise. We learned how quickly a government can fail and enemies can conquer a territory by simply looking at what the U.S. and Coalition Forces did in Afghanistan. After a hasty and sloppy withdraw, the Taliban simply took back over with no time to spare.[3]

William E. Henry was born in Indianapolis and has remained a lifelong Hoosier. Henry is a military veteran, communications professional, veteran advocate, volunteer, and activist who has worked in public affairs and community relations capacities for private businesses large and small, the non-profit sector, and in the U.S. Armed Forces. William is a veteran of the U.S. Army and the Indiana Army National Guard from 2005-2015. William served honorably and with distinction, Afghanistan 2009-2010 and Kuwait 2012-2013. Henry earned the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service in Afghanistan. Henry administrated over The American Legion, Department of Indiana. Henry helped organize and lead alliances in statewide veteran advocacy. Henry helped expose corruption, fraud waste, and abuse at the Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs. Henry Ran as the Libertarian Party of Indiana Lieutenant Governor Candidate in the 2020 General Elections. Henry worked hands-on in a central laboratory for the emergency vaccine trial process. Henry gained personal knowledge and experience of FDA approval process during the peak of viral testing and vaccine data analytics.

  • Financial Stability – • Reduce agency budgets, reduce fraud, waste, and abuse • Grow and promote U.S. businesses • Reduce regulatory hurdles and foreign trade dependence
  • Defense and Veterans Care – • Strong National Defense for our protection and emergencies • Reduce and eventually end foreign conflict and costly overseas contingency operations and contracts • Expand community healthcare programs for veterans, and better integrate records, billing, and coding for community healthcare
  • Full Medical Freedom – • Define and resolve personal sovereignty • Regain individual medical and personal decisions • Demand independent review of the vaccine approval and research data • End federal cannabis prohibition

Financial Stability 1. Remain vocal and resist increases in overall federal taxation and budgeting. Demand all federal agencies audit and prepare to reduce costs immediately. 2. Introduce legislation calling for reductions to regulatory roadblocks and taxes for all levels of business growth here on U.S. soil. This will encourage competition and increase U.S. manufacturing and production to grow our economy, reducing our need and dependence on foreign products. Without sacrificing our environment, we can increase our internal wealth, see better product quality, and increase the overall dollar value. 3. I will work directly with national financial organizations to immediately and independently assess all government programs and agencies. An independent detailed review of financial data would help identify potential waste and help reduce the scope of government spending in the agencies evaluated. This includes reductions in personnel, property, physical assets, and facilities across all federal departments and agencies.

Defense and Veterans Care 1. Support readiness for the U.S. to maintain the strongest and best trained all-volunteer military force for OUR National Defense, while calling for reductions in exorbitant spending and needless involvement in overseas contingency and combat operations. I would be vocal and vote against overseas contingency operations outside the scope of our government and challenge all combat and wartime operations outside the U.S. not approve

Balance our budget, better govern government, and properly serve my constituents.

  • I will work with our legislators to bring changes to ethics and corruption laws concerning legislators and officials throughout the State of Indiana.
  • I have worked hard to organize and establish veterans reform in the Indiana State House. I will continue that dedicated mission to work with our legislators to pass legislation and direct agencies to better care for veterans who have borne the battle.
  • I would work with the state legislature and agencies like the Indiana Department of Agriculture to reform all cannabis laws in the State of Indiana at all levels legislatively, executively, and administratively.
