Darius II, (Old Persian:ππ πΌπΉπΊπ’π|ππ πΌπΉπΊπ’π), also known as Darius II Nothus or Darius II Ochus was son of Artaxerxes I Longimanus and ruled the Medo-Persian/Achaemenid Empire as King of Kings from 423 BC to 405 or 404 BC.
We consider the Darius II's reign as beginning on the 10th of January 423 BC as we can date the first inscription mentioning Darius II as King of Kings to that time.
