Fables

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

Fables is a comic book series created by Bill Willingham in 2002, about a group of refugee fairy tales forced into the real world by a being known as "The Adversary." It later produced the spin-off Jack of Fables.

Unlike many comic book series published in recent years, it has a largely conservative slant, and includes protagonists who openly state their respect for the nation of Israel and use it as a model for their own defense. There is also a great deal of emphasis placed on national defense, and abortion is largely seen as a travesty by the main characters.
