Chhdanga Kheri is a small village of 279 hectares in Railmagra Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of , India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chhdanga Kheri depends on NATHDWARA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 4.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Chhdanga Kheri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chhdanga Kheri's pin code is 313329[4], and village code is 03033500. The area of Chhdanga Kheri is segregated as 10 hectares irrigated area, 136 hectares unirrigated, the 52 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 81.29 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The workforce is 292 male, 95 female with 368 (95.09%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 280 males and 88 females. 180 males and 46 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 66 male and 37 female agricultural labor. 19 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of NATHDWARA and Rajsamand to sell earthen pot and make their living.
