Dugawa is a small village of 1655 hectares in Sanchore Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dugawa depends on SANCHORE, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 385.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Dugawa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dugawa's pin code is 343041[4], and village code is 02333300. The area of Dugawa is segregated as 1192 hectares irrigated area, 241 hectares unirrigated, the 176 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 46 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The village is connected with a single bus service. Dugawa has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Dugawa is a census village in the district of Jalor, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2282 and has total administration over 356 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Dugawa has 446 children, 227 boys and 219 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 657 (28.79%) males constitute 350 (15.34%) of the population and females 307 (13.45%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 143 (6.27%) males constitute 66 (2.89%) of the population and females 77 (3.37%).

The workforce is 613 male, 568 female with 1084 (91.79%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 561 males and 523 females. 493 males and 481 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 31 male and 21 female agricultural labor. 97 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of SANCHORE and Jalor to sell ghee and make their living.
