Kanasar is a small village of 6577 hectares in Bikaner Tehsil in Bikaner district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kanasar depends on BIKANER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Kanasar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kanasar's pin code is 334001[4], and village code is 00493000. The area of Kanasar is segregated as 6439 hectares unirrigated, remaining 138 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kanasar has One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Kanasar has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Kanasar is a census village in the district of Bikaner, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3221 and has total administration over 521 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 738 (22.91%) males constitute 366 (11.36%) of the population and females 372 (11.55%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bikaner to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
