Khen is a small village of 980 hectares in Nagaur Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khen depends on Mundwa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 29.72% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Khen is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Mundwa and Nagaur to sell saree making and make their living.
