Teeri is a small village of 1256 hectares in Girwa Tehsil in Udaipur district, also called 'the city of lakes' set amidst the Aravalli Ranges in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Teeri depends on Udaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 25.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Teeri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Teeri's pin code is 313801[4], and village code is 03160200. The area of Teeri is segregated as 144 hectares irrigated area, 203 hectares unirrigated, the 60 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 849 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Teeri has One post office and Twelve public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Teeri has One bank, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Teeri is a census village in the district of Udaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2402 and has total administration over 459 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Teeri has 397 children, 204 boys and 193 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 78 (3.25%) males constitute 46 (1.92%) of the population and females 32 (1.33%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 1901 (79.14%) males constitute 1004 (41.80%) of the population and females 897 (37.34%).

Employment[edit]
According to a census 2011 report, 1015 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 612 male, 403 female with 739 (72.81%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 557 males and 182 females. 161 males and 109 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 34 male and 25 female agricultural labor. 276 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Udaipur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
