Vinod Pradhan Bhanushali (born 15 January 1973) is the president of Global Marketing and Media Publishing for T-Series, a music record label and film production company in India founded by Gulshan Kumar in 1982.[1] His best known films include Aashiqui 2, Yaariyan, Bhootnath Returns,[2] Happy New Year, and Kick,[3] among others.

Early life & career[edit]

Bhanushali has been born and brought up in Mumbai. His parents are Pradhan Bhanushali and Jamna Ben Bhanushali. He has a Bachelors Degree in commerce from K J Somaiya College and has completed his further studies from Yamazaki Gakuen University. Married to Rinku Bhanushali on 29 December 1996, he lives with her and their two daughters, Dhvani Bhanushali who is a playback singer and Diya Bhanushali who is still in school.

Bhanushali started working in his first year of college as a leading and forwarding agent at the docks in Mumbai for one and a half years. He then joined Sahara India television network as an AJW3 (Assistant Junior Worker Three) where he worked for 18 months. After this, he was hired by Gulshan Kumar, the founder of T-series where he completed his 25 years in November 2015, and is still working for T-series itself.

He has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry, which include Sonu Nigam, Kumar Sanu, Abhijeet, Anuradha Parwa, Adnan Sami and more. Some of his popular projects include movies like Baby, Airlift, Batla House, and more.[4]
