Anna Paulina Luna is a veteran and unapologetic conservative who is ready to lead the next generation in the fight against radical socialism. She knows first-hand the power of the American Dream. It's her life story. Today that Dream is at risk. Extreme liberals push more government and less freedom, while career politicians - in both parties - are more beholden to special interests than their constituents. Anna took an oath to defend our country in the Air Force. She's now ready to take that oath to Washington. It's time for a representative who knows what it means to be built, not bought.
I am passionate about our veterans, the 2nd amendment, immigration, the fight against socialism, government corruption, and the economy.
I have always had a lot of respect for Sarah Palin. Unfortunately, she was branded very poorly by the media and for a woman like myself in politics, it actually hurt every single one of us (whether Democrat or Republican). To have another strong woman like her branded as an "airhead" and someone to not be taken seriously. Not only do I see eye-to-eye with her on many issues, but she never once let her career get in the way of being an amazing mother and wife. I respect her for that. I do believe that you can be a mother and still bring home the bacon.
Yes, there are a few. Book: Discrimination and Disparities by Thomas Sowell Book: The Art of War by Sun Tzu Movie: The Patriot
The notion that you cannot be "bought," a strong moral compass, a belief in a higher power, and a solid understanding of the constitution.
I am tenacious but polite and able to work across party lines for the unification of the country. I am a unifier and can find common ground with many people, but I will also never compromise my values. I'm ready to get American's across party lines talking again.
Defend the Constitution of the United States of America even in the event that it goes against popular opinion. Represent and allow discussion with everyone in their district to include the ones that they may not typically agree with (whether that be conservative, liberal, etc.), and take an active role to better the community and the country.
I would like to pass immigration reform and reform the immigration system so that families do not have to choose between receiving benefits and being married to their loved one.
I remember Bill Clinton's testimony during his impeachment. I was 9 years old. I also remember my mom telling me to go to my room once he started talking about the charges. I am pretty sure she did that because she didn't want me to hear the context of what he was doing with Ms. Lewinsky.
My first job was a waitress at a café. I started working at 16 full-time, even while I was attending high school. I kept that job until I joined the military at 19.
For my entire childhood we were always struggling financially. It was not until I joined the military that I had a car for the first time, that I didn't have to worry about breaking down. I do not ever look at this as a negative though. It is through hard work that I was able to not only help myself but my family, and that is the American Dream that I will continue to fight for.
The US House of Representatives is the greatest debate forum in the history of the world. For centuries our forefathers have engaged in ideological differences, over hours of hearings, all in the name of making our Country, and world, a better and safer place. There is no place else where we can all visit, watch, listen, learn and participate in our Republic at the same time.
I don't believe it's necessary, if you look at our founding fathers and the first waves of elected officials, they weren't politicians. They were average citizens, farmers, herders, clerks who were doing their civic duty by representing their peers. You do not need to be a career politician to make a difference in our political climate.
Career politicians will continue to be the greatest challenge we face over the next decade. Look no further than my opponent Charlie Crist. He's been in politics so long, he changes his party registration whichever way the wind blows. North, South, East or West, if Charlie thinks it'll help him stay in power, accumulate wealth and abuse his position for personal gain, he will do it. We need term limits now.

Yes. Two years allows voters to get an understanding of the true ideas of the person they elected holds. If they don't like them, vote them out.
Every day that we don't have term limits we continue to facilitate the abuse of power and utilization of political office for personal gain. I will support any legislation to term limit myself, or other members of government.
Speaker of the House. I want Pelosi's job. I'd be better at it.
I have a lot of admiration for Matt Gaetz because of his honesty and grit. I also greatly respect Sarah Palin. I would be a hybrid of them.
Yes, I happened to be in Gulfport talking to some of the local business owners when I came across a homeless regular at one of the restaurants. He asked me to buy him food because he didn't have any money, of which I did agree. After talking to him, he was very open about the fact that 1) he was a felon and 2) he had a drinking problem. I myself grew up in a family that was not only impacted by addiction but also homelessness. In speaking with him, he told me that I was one of the first "politicians" and businesswoman that he had ever had the opportunity to speak to. I think, especially now, people judge so many others by how they appear. This story stuck with me because a simple act of kindness goes a long way and you never know where people come from or the struggles that they face in their personal lives; away from what others may assume about them. To date, when I'm down in Gulfport I keep an eye out for him and speak to him if I can. Community outreach programs for the homeless need to be fostered and invested in. Especially for people that may not have any other opportunity.

In 2021, Luna stated that she believed that her 2022 primary opponent in the election to Florida's 13th Congressional District, Will Braddock (R), was stalking her and wanted to kill her.[1] Luna filed a petition for a permanent restraining order against Braddock. According to Politico, Braddock "was secretly recorded threatening to send 'a Russian and Ukrainian hit squad' to a fellow Republican opponent to make her 'disappear.'" Braddock denied the allegations, and suggested that the recording “may even be altered and edited.”[2] In court on June 22, 2021, Braddock opposed the injunction.[1]
