The Arkansas Arkansas Payment for Employers of Injured Employees, Initiated Act No. 1, also known as Initiated Act No. 1, was on the November 5, 1940 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure proposed providing payment for employers for compensation of injured employees.[1]
