Bobby Levy was born in La Grande, Oregon, and lives in Echo, Oregon. Levy earned an M.B.A. from Portland State University and a master's degree in teacher education from Eastern Oregon University. Her career experience includes working as a college adjunct professor, an insurance agent, a farmer/rancher, and a policy advocate. Levy co-founded the Eastern Oregon Women's Coalition.[1]
