Below is a list of California ballot measure influencers in 2016, including individuals, corporations, unions, and other organizations that made contributions to support or oppose various California ballot measures.

In California, 18 statewide ballot propositions were put on the ballot in 2016. One measure, Proposition 50, the Suspension of Legislators amendment, was on the ballot for the election on June 7, 2016, and was approved. Fifteen measures were put on the November ballot by citizens through signature petitions, while two were referred by the legislature. As of October 2, 2016, support and opposition campaigns had amassed over $378 million, and the Los Angeles Times estimated that more than $452 million would be spent directly on ballot measures in California in 2016.
