Seven Cocoa City Charter Amendment measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Cocoa, which is in Brevard County.

Five of the measures were approved

Seven proposed charter amendments sought to change term limits of the council and mayor, land use questions and sales issues, clairification of duties as well as procedures to fill vacancies.[1]
