    Cook County is located within the Alapaha Judicial Circuit of the Superior Court Second District.

    In addition to the Superior Court the people of Cook County are served by a Probate Court, a Juvenile Court, a Magistrate Court and three Municipal Courts.

    The United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia has jurisdiction in Cook County. Appeals from the Middle District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
