    Dade County is located within the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit of the Superior Court Seventh District.

    In addition to the Superior Court the people of Dade County are served by a Probate Court, a Juvenile Court, a Magistrate Court and a Municipal Court.

    The United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has jurisdiction in Dade County. Appeals from the Northern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
