I'm just the average person. I was raised by my grandparents from the time I was 4 days old and they raised me off of their social security and pensions. They taught me the importance of working hard and helping others. I became the hard worker they raised me to be. I worked two jobs while in college and taking care of my grandmother after my grandfather passed away. Even with me working two jobs I still had to make tough calls about paying student loans or buying food to eat. Millions of Americans are facing these same issues everyday and I'm just like you.

  • I'm just an average person just like you. I'm no lawyer or career politician. I work two jobs and struggle I want a government that represents us.
  • It's time for a Square New Deal
  • It's time to have a true government for the people by the people not the corporation or wealthily

A living wage, right to own a home, protecting our farmers, expanding voter rights, equal rights, infrastructure, end poverty and homelessness, and so many more.

Franklin Roosevelt is my political role model for he over came so much. He went from a raising star to being hit with polio and thought that he would never recover. As a gay man running for office I have hope of being able to over come that hurdle. FDR conquered polio and became president and if can do it so can anyone else.

The Roosevelt's by Ken Burns, Knock Down The House, FDR by Jean Edward, Alexander Hamilton by Ron Chernow

Honest, hard working, willing to find the answers to any problem, not afraid to stand up for what's right

Speaking to their constituents, working with all parties to find solutions to complex issues

That I tried to make a better country for my fellow citizens.

September 11,2001 this happened about two weeks after my first time on a plane. I was about 7 or 8 at this time.

Who lives who dies who tells your story.

When your gay one of the main things that I've had to struggle with is acceptance. And the struggle to pay bills while working two jobs and still barely getting by.

Yes and I do believe that their should be term limits as well.

Yes there should be term limits. This will help curb the corruption that we currently see in government.

I have heard many stories from many voters. The most impactful one so far is from a woman with a chronic illness that one medication that she needs cost $15,000 a year with her insurance from her employer. And she has to pay $50 every 6 weeks to see her doctor and she wants to have a better healthcare plan like Medicare for all.
