Duncan Culpepper is the Division 2 judge of the Eighth Circuit North of Arkansas. He began serving in 1999 and was re-elected in 2008 and 2014. His current term expires in 2020.[1][2][3][4][5]

Culpepper completed both his undergraduate education and his J.D. at University of Arkansas.[6]
Before he became circuit judge, Culpepper spent nine years as a municipal judge, 20 years as a trial attorney and five years as a deputy prosecuting attorney. He was admitted to the bar in 1979.[2][6]
