A Fredericktown Recreation Tax Levy Renewal question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Morrow and Knox Counties, which are in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the renewal of a 1.5 mills ($1.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for three years in order to fund the Fredericktown Recreation area.[1]
