The Georgia Senatorial District Creation Amendment, also known as Amendment 5, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 8, 1932, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have created a new senatorial district for Berrien, Cook and Lanier counties.[1]
