The Georgia Ware County Bonds Amendment, also known as Amendment 19, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 8, 1938, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure allowed the Ware County Pineview Jamestown School District to issue refunding bonds.[1]
