H. David Clark II was a judge for the 2nd Chancery District of Mississippi.[1] He was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that began in 2015 and expired in 2018.[2][3]

Clark received a B.S. from Mississippi College in 2006, going on to earn his J.D. there in 2012. He was admitted to the bar in 1978.[4]
