James E. Graham was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.[1] In February 2015, Stan Baker was appointed to replace Graham, who remained on the bench for a year to handle any cases where a conflict arises due to Baker's recent work in private practice.[2]
