    Johnson County is located within the Dublin Judicial Circuit of the Superior Court Eighth District.

    In addition to the Superior Court the people of Johnson County are served by a Probate Court, a Juvenile Court, a Magistrate Court and two Municipal Courts.

    The United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia has jurisdiction in Johnson County. Appeals from the Southern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
