Jonathan Weinstein was a Democratic candidate for District 9A of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Weinstein ran in the September 14 primary, along with Maryann Maher. The two Democratic candidates faced Republican incumbents Gail Bates and Warren Miller in the November 2 general election. Weinstein came in fourth, losing to Miller and Bates.[1]
