New First Judicial Circuit judge appointed

South Dakota: On Wednesday, April 20, Chief Justice David Gilbertson, of the South Dakota Supreme Court, announced Steve Jensen as the newest Presiding Judge for the First Judicial Circuit. Jensen will replace the circuit's current presiding judge Arthur Rusch after his retirement on June 8. Rusch's vacancy on the court will be filled by appointee Cheryle Gering.[1]
