The New Mexico Referendum: Recalls of Local School Board Members, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 3, was on the ballot in New Mexico on November 6, 1973, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The referendum allowed for the recall of local school board members.[1]
