Cheyenne, Wyoming: William Edelman has been appointed to the Fourth District Court of Wyoming. Gov. Mead made the announcement on July 6. Edelman will fill a newly-created seat in Johnson County. He is a former prosecutor for the Campbell County Attorney's Office who has dealt with both criminal defense and civil law over the course of his career.[1]
