The O`ahu First Circuit Family Court is one of four family courts in Hawaii. It is a trial court dedicated to cases involving families and children. The courts preside over cases involving items such as divorce, adoption, delinquency, and restraining orders.[1]

Per Diem Judges are part-time judges appointed by the Chief Justice on an "as needed basis" to preside in the District Court or Family courts.[3]
