Richard H. Ringell was a magistrate judge for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. He was appointed to the court on September 16, 1999.[1]

Education[edit]

Ringell received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Ohio and his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University.[1]

Career[edit]

From 1970 to 1999, Ringell was a sole practitioner. Before this, he was a Criminal Justice Act attorney.[1]
