Robert Polkinghorne is a former teacher with the Ladue School District and learning center manager for Bank of America. Polkinghorne earned his Bachelor's degree from Washington University and his Master's degree from the University of Missouri. During his tenure as a teacher, Polkinghorne served as the chairman of the teacher evaluation committee.[1]

Fort Zumwalt R-II School District is located in east-central Missouri in St. Charles County. The county seat of St. Charles County is St. Charles. St. Charles County is home to 373,495 residents, according to the United States Census Bureau.[3] In the 2011-2012 school year, Fort Zumwalt R-II School District was the sixth-largest school district in Missouri and served 18,977 students.[4]
