Shan (Republican Party) ran for election to the Oklahoma House of Representatives to represent District 72. He was disqualified from the Republican primary scheduled on June 30, 2020.
Shan's candidacy for District 72 of the Oklahoma House of Representatives was contested. Shan was removed from the 2020 ballot.[1]
