    Six ballot measures approved for the Louisiana ballot

    BATON ROUGE, Louisiana: This election season, Louisiana voters should be expect to vote on at least six ballot measures. At least Two measures are scheduled to appear on the October 2nd primary election ballot and at least four will appear on the November 2nd general election ballot. Since Louisiana is not a state with initiative and referendum all proposed measures were referred via the state legislature as legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
