The Texas County Taxes for Seawalls Amendment, also known as Proposition 2, was on the November 8, 1932 ballot in Texas as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed counties bordering the Gulf of Mexico to approve levies for the purposes of building seawalls and breakwaters by a two-thirds majority vote.[1][2]
