Thomas Kedley (Republican Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Iowa's 2nd Congressional District. He did not appear on the ballot for the Republican primary on June 2, 2020.

Upon his withdrawal from the race, Kedley said, "They say there is no place like home, and as I traveled, I realized I wasn’t done yet in Osceola. At this time, I feel like I can make the biggest impact at the local and state level."[1]
