Tina Polachek Gartley is a judge on the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. She was elected in the November 2009 general election[1][2] and was sworn in on January 4, 2010.[3]

Gartley earned her undergraduate degree from College Misericordia in 1988, and her J.D. from Syracuse University in 1991.[4]
