    Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Wal Mart Stores East LP dba Wal Mart Supercenter #3251, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood store at 1397 Leesburg Ave., Washington Court House, OH 43160, in this precinct?[3]
