Cold Storage/Political power, about the emotional basis of

I'm not sure what to make of this article. It seems not to be very encyclopedic, and more like a tract (especially the concluding section on what we should do!). It also has some rather strange sources - specifically David Icke and Alex Jones, noted conspiracy theorists.
