Rename suggested

This category is a way to temporarily tag articles that have been suggested be renamed (often because of capitalization issues).

In many cases, we have not created metadata, etc subpages for them, to make renaming the pages easier if we decide to rename them (so we don't have to move the other subpages, delete the useless resulting redirects, etc). We therefore need to keep an eye on these pages, so we can close out the issue, pick a final location, and complete the checklisting.

No article should stay in this category for long, and few articles should wind up in it.
