The Green Party of England and Wales is a left-leaning political party which campaigns on a variety of issues, most prominently environmental matters. The party has been led by Natalie Bennett since 3rd September 2012. Its former leader, Caroline Lucas, won the party's first-ever seat in the UK House of Commons in the 2010 general election.
