Satyrs [r]: From Greek mythology, were male followers of the Greek god Dionysos who had "snub-nosed" features with ears like animals and tails like horses, and they were aggressive sexually, according to Elizabeth Vandiver, Classics scholar and authority on Greek mythology and Greek tragedy including the Iliad, Odyssey, Aeneid, Homer, and Virgil.
