Stevie Wonder (born 1950), born Steveland Judkins, is a multi-platinum selling, critically acclaimed soul, funk and R&B recording artist. At the age of twelve, he was signed by Tamla Motown as 'Little Stevie Wonder', and had a string of hits. He eventually managed to branch out on his own with a more experimental funk-soul sound, producing albums of his own: Music of My Mind, Talking Book, Fulfillingness' First Finale, Innervisions and Songs in the Key of Life.
Wonder has received numerous awards: twenty-four Grammies, induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame[1] and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.[2]
