Robert Brian “Bob” Gibbs (born June 14, 1954, in Peru, Indiana) is a member of the Ohio State Senate and Republican U.S. Representative-elect from Ohio's 18th congressional district, defeating incumbent Democrat Zack Space.
In late July 2020, Rep. Gibbs voted along with 71 House Republicans and all Democrats to remove Civil War-era statues.[2]
