Bosporus

The Bosporus is a narrow strait in Turkey, linking the Black Sea with the Sea of Marmara, it forms the natural border between Europe (west bank) and Asia (east bank). An international commission assumed control of the strait after the Ottoman defeat in World War I, Turkey resumed control in 1936.[1]
