Cannabis state laws

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

Cannabis state laws include the legality of cannabis with regulations in nearly 20 states, and its full illegality in 4 conservatives states (Idaho, Wyoming, Kansas, and South Carolina).[1]

Federal law restricts the use of banking by cannabis businesses, but Democrats are pushing hard to make marijuana legal at the federal level despite the immense harm that it causes:

  • health harm
  • psychiatric problems
  • environmental harm
  • water shortages
