Care Net is network of more than 1,100 pregnancy resource centers providing alternatives to abortion. By supporting one woman at a time, to spare her and her unborn child the anguish of abortion. Hundreds of lives are being saved everyday through the work of Care Net pregnancy centers. Services offered include free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, abortion information, parenting classes, and material assistance to empower women to choose life. Care Net seeks to promote, prepare, and plant pregnancy centers across North America.

It is the second largest pregnancy resource center network behind Heartbeat International; it is not uncommon for a center to be members of both networks in order to reach the most number of women.
