Civil War

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

A civil war is a prolonged armed conflict between groups that inhabit the same state. Typical civil wars are fought to replace a government or gain concessions from the government, or to break away and form a new state. In some cases, the government is not a party to the conflict.[1]
