Corvidae, commonly known as 'Corvids' or 'The crow family' is a family of birds consisting of birds such as crows, ravens, rooks, jackdaws, jays, magpies, treepies, choughs and nutcrackers. They are known to possess self-awareness and are highly intelligent.[1]
They appear extensively in folklore and mythology, particularly Ravens, who are often seen as mischievous and malevolent.
